At our Torpoint Club, we practice ITF style Taekwondo in an inclusive and friendly way that aims to develop students into confident and balanced individuals. Taekwondo is the way of the foot and the fist, developed in Korea during the 1940's and 1950's and rooted in modern science to be an effective means of personal development and self defence. It has also become a world renowned competitive sport.

Classes
Mondays - Carbeile Junior School, Trevol Road, PL11 2NH
Tiny Class - 5pm to 5:45pm
Junior Class - 6pm to 7pm
Adult Class - 7pm to 8pm

Thursdays - Torpoint Council Chambers, Buller Road, PL11 2LD
Junior Class - 5pm to 6pm
Adult Class - 6pm to 7pm

Junior Class (7-12 year old)

In these classes, you will progress through an in-depth syllabus covering patterns, technique, sparring and self defence. I will guide you on your journey from white belt beginner to black belt student.
You will develop your fitness and confidence as you gain the physical and mental benefits of practicing martial arts, all whilst training amongst like minded people and friends.
